Stated Business Objectives

The Company’s business is to acquire mineral properties which are considered by Management to have attractive geological features. It is then the objective of the Company to conduct exploration on those properties, compile the information obtained in an effort to further define the mineral potential of the properties, and, if the results are considered to warrant the same, to further develop one or more of the properties with the ultimate objective of placing them into commercial production.

The Company was incorporated in British Columbia on February 26, 2001 by Alexander Briden, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer The head office of the Company is located at #210 - 470 Granville Street, Vancouver, B.C. V6C 1V5. The registered and records office of the Company are located at #1810 - 1111 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, B.C. V6E 4M3.
